Return Policy

At KrawkDev, I take pride in the quality and value of the products I offer. To maintain my standards and ensure customer satisfaction, I have established the following return policy.

All products are sold as-is and are non-returnable. However, if a product is proven to be defective out of the box, I will consider a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• You must provide a video unboxing of the product, showing the original packaging and the defect upon first opening.
• The video must clearly demonstrate that the product was defective upon arrival.
• All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
